Live Music in Stemwinder with Anie Radish

Join us in Stemwinder for live music with Anie Radish. Anie Radish is a Kootenay singer, songwriter and creative. She is a founding member of several long-standing acoustic/folk and Canadiana bands including “As The Crow Flies” and “Redgirl”. Influenced by roots and folk legends as Gillian Welch, Allison Krauss and Bruce Cockburn. Anie is not shy to dabble in covers from the 1970-90's as well as original tunes. Known for her clear and grounding vocals, you can find this seasoned performer, with a guitar, uke or banjo, entertaining audiences of all ages with ease and a little cheekiness. The wettest, wildest event in Kimberley! It's your chance to cool off at Kimberley Alpine Resort’s annual Pond Skim Challenge! This is a FREE event that will be fun for all ages, so grab the skis, boards and lawn chairs and come enjoy your day off! Wear a FUN costume! The action starts at 1:00pm. 2 ways to register: 1. Online Registration coming soon! 2. In person at the Registration Tent at base of Quad from 10am on Saturday, April 4. All participants must sign an Event Waivers. Parents must sign for kids 15 and under. Please note: If you register online, you must still check-in at the registration tent on the Saturday to get your participant # and complete a bio. If you do not check-in by 12:00noon, your spot may be given to someone else on the day.

Dummy Downhill 2026

Kimberley’s Favourite Spring Event! Join us at the base area for the Dummy Downhill — where creativity, chaos, and gravity collide! Teams build their own “Dummy” and send it racing down a steep ramp toward a massive jump, launching into the air before an epic crash landing at the base. Expect big air, wild wipeouts, and lots of laughs. Prizes for: Crowd Favourite Best Carnage Biggest Air Entry Fee: Minimum $10 donation (Cash Only) Proceeds go to a local charity. How to Register: Guest Services Day of event from 10:00am – 11:30am at the base area Schedule — Sunday, April 5 10:00am – 12:00pm Registration, check-in, dummy drop-off & inspection (Base area between Conference Centre and Quad) 12:00pm – 1:00pm Dummy judging & exhibition New this year: Vote for your favourite dummy! 1:00pm Transport dummies to launch site (At least one team member must assist.) 2:00pm Dummy Downhill Launch 2:45pm (approx.)
